Jenny's great-great-great grandfather, Joseph James Wallace, fought at the Battle of Olustee. His unit, the 64th GA, had been formed in Fulton county, Ga over a year and a half earlier and along with some other GA units had been sent down to guard Florida against a Union coastal invasion. Joseph J. Wallace would survive the war unharmed and go back to farming life in Fulton county with his wife and children.
